দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য:
সম্প্রচারের জন্য সংবাদ শিরোনাম, ব্রেকিং নিউজ আপডেট এবং নিউজ রানডাউন প্রস্তুত ও সমন্বয় করা।
লাইভ ও রেকর্ডকৃত সংবাদ অনুষ্ঠান পরিচালনা ও তদারকি করা, যাতে নির্বিঘ্ন সম্প্রচার নিশ্চিত হয়।
সময়মতো সংবাদ উৎপাদনের জন্য নিউজ এডিটর, রিপোর্টার, ভিডিও এডিটর, পিসিআর (PCR) কর্মী এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট অন্যান্য দলের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করা।
লাইভ ও রেকর্ডকৃত সম্প্রচারের সময় পিসিআর (Production Control Room) কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণ ও পরিচালনা করা।
রিপোর্টার, সংবাদদাতা, অতিথি এবং মাঠপর্যায়ের দলের সঙ্গে নিরবচ্ছিন্ন লাইভ সংযোগ নিশ্চিত করা।
সংবাদ বিষয়বস্তুর মান, নির্ভুলতা এবং সময়োপযোগী উপস্থাপন নিশ্চিত করা।
ব্রেকিং নিউজ পরিস্থিতি দক্ষতার সঙ্গে পরিচালনা করা এবং প্রয়োজনে দ্রুত সম্পাদকীয় ও প্রোডাকশন-সংক্রান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করা।
চ্যানেলের নীতিমালা, সম্প্রচার মানদণ্ড এবং নিউজরুমের কার্যপ্রণালি অনুসরণ নিশ্চিত করা।
বিশেষ সংবাদ কাভারেজ, লাইভ ইভেন্ট এবং এক্সক্লুসিভ সম্প্রচারের পরিকল্পনায় সহায়তা করা।
ব্যবস্থাপনা কর্তৃক অর্পিত অন্যান্য প্রোডাকশন-সংক্রান্ত দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:
ইউজিসি (UGC) অনুমোদিত যেকোনো বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে স্নাতক ডিগ্রি।
অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা:
টেলিভিশন সংবাদ প্রযোজনা ও নিউজরুম পরিচালনা সম্পর্কে সুদৃঢ় জ্ঞান।
পিসিআর নিয়ন্ত্রণ এবং লাইভ সম্প্রচার ব্যবস্থাপনা সম্পর্কে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা ও ধারণা।
সংবাদ পরিচালনা (News Direction) এবং রানডাউন ব্যবস্থাপনায় অভিজ্ঞতা।
লাইভ সংযোগ ও মাঠপর্যায়ের রিপোর্টিং কার্যক্রম সমন্বয়ের সক্ষমতা।
শক্তিশালী যোগাযোগ ও আন্তঃব্যক্তিক দক্ষতা।
চাপের মধ্যে কাজ করার এবং নির্ধারিত সময়সীমা মেনে চলার সক্ষমতা।
প্রয়োজনে শিফট ডিউটি, রাতের শিফট এবং ছুটির দিনে কাজ করার মানসিকতা।

অভিজ্ঞতা:
প্রযোজক (Producer): ন্যূনতম ৫–৭ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা।
সহকারী প্রযোজক (Assistant Producer): ন্যূনতম ৩–৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা।

Position: Assistant Producer /Producer Department: Production (News and Current Affairs) Salary: Negotiable Workplace: Dhaka
Job Responsibilities: Prepare and coordinate news headlines, breaking news updates, and news rundowns for broadcast. Direct and supervise live and recorded news programs to ensure smooth on-air transmission. Coordinate with News Editors, Reporters, Video Editors, PCR personnel, and other relevant teams for timely news production. Monitor and manage PCR (Production Control Room) operations during live and recorded broadcasts. Ensure seamless live connectivity with reporters, correspondents, guests, and field teams. Maintain the quality, accuracy, and timely presentation of news content. Handle breaking news situations efficiently and make quick editorial and production decisions when required. Ensure compliance with channel policies, broadcast standards, and newsroom procedures. Assist in planning special news coverage, live events, and exclusive broadcasts. Perform any other production-related duties assigned by management.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from any UGC-approved university.
Additional Qualification: Sound knowledge of television news production and newsroom operations. Practical understanding of PCR Control and live broadcast management. Experience in news direction and rundown management. Ability to coordinate live connectivity and field reporting operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts and holidays when required. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of news production software and broadcast systems will be considered an advantage.
Experience: Producer – Minimum 5-7 Years Assistant Producer – Minimum 3-5 Years
