Position: Front Desk Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and receive guests, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming telephone calls through the PABX system and transfer calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Receive, record, and distribute incoming letters, courier packages, bills, and official documents to the concerned departments in a timely manner.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper front desk operations.
- Update and maintain the organization's telephone directory and contact database.
- Provide administrative support to the HR & Admin Department as required.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized, presentable, and professional at all times.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree from any UGC approved university.
Additional Qualification:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer operations.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Positive attitude, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related field. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
