Responsibilities:
1. Oversee overall HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
2. Conduct manpower planning and maintain an updated organizational structure (Organogram).
3. Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JD), Job Specification & other HR documentation as required.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
5. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
6. Support management in strategic HR planning and organizational development.
7. Coordinate performance management systems, including KPI setting and appraisal processes.
8. Plan, design and implement training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills, performance.
9. Liaise with department heads to align employee development strategies with business objectives.
Required skills:
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in preparing organograms, job descriptions, and HR policies.
• Familiarity with HRIS.
• Ability to utilize AI tools to support HR operations and productivity.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Payroll Processing.
Education qualifications: BBA or MBA in HRM from any reputed university. PGD in HRM will get preference.
Experience: Must have at least 10-15 Years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in TV & Media.
