Position: Assistant Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the client base.

• Manage key accounts and resolve client issues.

• Strengthen relationships with media agencies and direct clients.

• Ensure all ad content complies with BTRC and Bangladesh Advertising Standards.

• Prepare monthly revenue reports and present insights to Head of Department.

• Any other job assigned by management.

Educational Qualification:

BBA and MBA in Marketing from any UGC-approved university.

Other Requirements:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Honest, punctual and able to work under pressure.

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing - TV Media is required.

Compensation & Other Benefits:

• Festival Bonus: 2 (Each 50% of gross salary)
