দায়িত্বসমূহ:

• সমসাময়িক জাতীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক বিষয়ে কনটেন্ট তৈরি করা।

• সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে লাইভ ইভেন্ট কাভার ও উপস্থাপনা।

• ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্মের জন্য কনটেন্ট তৈরির প্রয়োজনে গবেষণা, অনুবাদ ও সম্পাদনা করা।

• গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনার ও ভিডিও এডিটরদের সঙ্গে টিম ওয়ার্কের মাধ্যমে কোয়ালিটি কনটেন্ট তৈরি নিশ্চিত করা।

• বার্তাকক্ষ, চিত্রসাংবাদিক, প্রযোজকসহ অন্যান্য টিমের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা।

• কনটেন্ট তৈরির জন্য নিত্য নতুন আইডিয়া উদ্ভাবন।

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা : ইউজিসি অনুমোদিত যে কোন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে ব্যবসায় স্নাতক পাশ।

প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা:

• রোস্টার/শিডিউলের ভিত্তিতে যেকোনো সময় কাজ করার মানসিকতা।

• দলগত পরিবেশে সবার সঙ্গে সুসম্পর্ক রেখে চলার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

• ইংরেজি থেকে বাংলা এবং বাংলা থেকে ইংরেজি অনুবাদ করার যোগ্যতা।

• সম্প্রচার উপযোগী সাবলীল কণ্ঠে নির্ভুলভাবে বাংলা ও ইংরেজি বলার সক্ষমতা।

• মাইক্রোসফট অফিসসহ কম্পিউটারের বেসিক অ্যাপ্লিকেশনের ধারণা।

• সমসাময়িক জাতীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক ঘটনাবলী, ইতিহাস, সামাজিক ইস্যু, ব্যবসায়, শিল্প সংস্কৃতি, ক্রীড়া ও চারপাশের ঘটনাপ্রবাহ সম্পর্কে ওয়াকিবহাল থাকা।

• সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ার কপিরাইট পলিসি, কপিরাইট ক্লেইম ও স্ট্রাইক ইস্যু সম্পর্কে স্বচ্ছ ধারণা।

• ভিডিওগ্রাফি, এডিটিং এবং গ্রাফিকস এর প্রাথমিক ধারণা।

• ডিজিটাল মিডিয়ার বর্তমান ও ভবিষ্যত বাজার সম্পর্কে স্বচ্ছ ধারণা।

অভিজ্ঞতা: সাংবাদিকতা এবং ভিজ্যুয়াল কনটেন্ট ও স্ক্রিপ্ট তৈরির কাজে অভিজ্ঞদের অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে। তবে উল্লিখিত যোগ্যতার শর্ত পূরণে সক্ষম অনভিজ্ঞদেরও কাজের সুযোগ আছে।

Job Position: Multimedia Journalist

Department: NCA (Digital) Job Type: Full Time Salary: Negotiable Workplace: Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating content on contemporary national and international issues.

• Covering and presenting live events through social media.

• Conducting research, translating and editing to create required content needed for digital platforms.

• Ensuring quality content through teamwork with graphic designers and video editors.

• Working in coordination with the newsroom, video journalist, producer and other teams.

• Generating new ideas for creating content.

Educational Qualifications:

Interested candidates must have at least bachelor's degree from a university recognized by the UGC.

Required Skill:

• Mentality of working at any time on the basis of roster / schedule.

• Must have the mentality of maintaining good relations with everyone in a team environment.

• Ability to translate from Bengali to English and English to Bengali.

• Ability to speak Bengali and English accurately in a fluent voice suitable for broadcasting.

• Basic knowledge on computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Being informed about contemporary national and international events, history, social issues, business, art, culture, sports and the happenings around them.

• Having clear ideas on copyright policy, copyright claims and strike issues of social media.

• Basic concepts of videography, editing and graphics.

• Having a clear idea about the current and future market of digital media.

Experience: Preference will be given to those with experience in journalism and creating visual content and scripts. However, inexperienced individuals who meet the mentioned qualifications will also have the opportunity for work.

Compensation & Other Benefits:

• Festival Bonus: 2 (Each 50% of Gross salary)
