দায়িত্বসমূহ:

১. দিন-রাত ২৪ ঘণ্টার যে কোনো সময়ে (রোস্টার/শিডিউলের ভিত্তিতে) কাজ করার মানসিকতা,

২. ফেসবকু ও ইউটিউব-এর কন্টেন্ট নিয়ে সৃজনশীলতা প্রদর্শন এবং নতুন নতুন পরিকল্পনা ও ভালো ফলাফল আনার মানসিকতা;

৩. দলীয়ভাবে কাজ করার মানসিকতা ও চ্যানেলের ভাবমূর্তি অক্ষুণ্ন রাখার চেষ্টা।

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:

আগ্রহী প্রার্থীকে ইউজিসি স্বীকৃত কোনো বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে ন্যূনতম স্নাতক পাস হতে হবে।

প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা:

১. ইউটিউবসহ সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ার কপিরাইট পলিসি সম্পর্কে সম্যক ধারণা ও জ্ঞান,

২. অনলাইন লাইভ ব্রডকাস্টিং সম্পর্কে সম্যক ধারণা;

৩. ফটোশপে ফটো ও প্রিমিয়ারে ভিডিও এডিটিং -এর দক্ষতা;

৪. এসইও বা সার্চ ইঞ্জিন অপটিমাইজেশন সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান ও অভিজ্ঞতা;

৫. কন্টেন্ট-এর নীতি ও মূল্য যথাযথ মূল্যায়ন করার ক্ষমতা।;

৬. কাজের চাপ নেয়ার ইতিবাচক মানসিকতা;

৭. বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে দ্রুত টাইপ করার ক্ষমতা;

৮. সংবাদ সম্পাদনা সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান;

৯. বাংলা শুদ্ধ বানান জানা।

অভিজ্ঞতা: ১ থেকে ২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন।

Job Responsibilities:

1. Willingness to work 24 hours a day (as per roster/schedule).

2. Creativity with content on Facebook and YouTube and mindset to bring new ideas and good results.

3. Trying to keep the team spirit and image of the channel intact.

Educational Qualifications:

Interested candidates must have at least bachelor's degree from any UGC approved university.

Required Skill:

1. Sound understanding and knowledge of copyright policies of social media including YouTube.

2. Same concept about online live broadcasting.

3. Proficiency in Photoshop and video editing in Premiere.

4. Knowledge and experience in SEO or Search Engine Optimization.

5. Detailed and accurate knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.

6. Creative content creation attitude.

7. Proficiency in fast Bangla and English typing is essential.

8. Should be knowledgeable about preparing news

9. Capable of writing news in accurate and fluent language (Both Bangla and English).

Experience: 1-2 years of experience needed.

Compensation & Other Benefits:

• Festival Bonus: 2 (Each 50% of Gross salary)
